<div>apperantly &#8220;clam diggers&#8221; is another term for corduroys? never heard it&#8230; well this review is about my experience with online pants shopping. particularly with levis.com. so i went to a department store around the corner from my house with the intention of buying some new pants. i only had one pair and i figured i should get some new chinos(another word for pants that i had never heard before&#8230; thesaurus.com). so i like my one pair of jeans, levis 514, and i decide to stick with what works. i try on some levis coruroys which i was very suprised i liked. i liked the fit, the color, how soft the material it was, the price, etc&#8230; only problem was a pair of 36x30 were nowhere to be found. and i think its silly to spend cash money on cloths that i&#8217;ll have to pay someone else to have altered. so i went the way of the web&#8230; levis.com and i guess they dont make the corduroys i fell in love with at the store in a 36x30, so i ordered &#8220;vintage black&#8221;(the originals where &#8220;chrome&#8221; more grey looking to me). and while i was there i ordered another pair of my good ol&#8217; 514 jeans just in a different wash since my old pair are REALLY dark i could use a pair of standard dark blues. so i wait, and wait&#8230; and wait(i paid for 3 day shipping, it arrived on the 6th day) and the mail man brings me the goods. well heres the outcome of my order&#8230; a pair of black corduroys that fit nothing like the grey corduroys i tried on at the store although theyre the same cut/fit/etc, and a pair of &#8220;distressed&#8221; jeans. you know that pre-faded/pre-worn look? i hate that, and i didnt notice that in the photos online. luckily its not THAT bad, and i dont hate them. i dont hate the corduroys either, i was just looking foward to them a lot. especially since 2 days after ordering them i saw a band and thier singer was wearing a pair of the grey ones that i originally wanted and he looked DAMN good.</div>
